I decided I wanted to focus on creating delicious, gluten-free treats that everyone can enjoy. I've started a new bakery, Oat & Co. which creates gluten-free gourmet no-bakes, Rice Krispies treats, edible cookie dough and more! I will have a mobile food truck at many of the events in the Fuquay, Holly Springs, and Apex area.
